DueBridge (duebridge.ai) enables Accounts Receivable (AR) by unblocking Accounts Payable (AP) desks and mediating under owner policy. This short notice explains what we collect on our marketing site, how we use it, and how to reach us at support@duebridge.ai.
What we collect
When you use our site or forms we may collect your work email, name, company, accounting system, and the AR bottleneck you share. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and pages viewed so the site works, including through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
How we use it
We use this to send the ROI snapshot you asked for, follow up about a strategy session or DueBridge, run and secure the site, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing
If you share a work email, we may contact you about DueBridge. Unsubscribe anytime from the email or by writing support@duebridge.ai. We do not share your contact details with other companies for their marketing.
Who we share with
We share data only with vendors who help us run DueBridge (for example email delivery, hosting, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep marketing leads only as long as we need them to follow up and to meet legal records rules, then we delete or anonymize them.
Your company's DueBridge account
If your company uses DueBridge, invoice and customer data stays in your tenant. We process that on your company's instructions. This notice covers the marketing site, not your company's own customer communications.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can object to marketing. Email support@duebridge.ai. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
